“I contacted Tony and Shanie last year after tenant had left a property they had let from me for 16 years. When I’m saying this property was in a dire state, it’s horrendous. There was thick mould throughout the property and it needed a total refurb. Knowing my busy work schedule, we discussed a budget and they literally took full reign of the project. We spoke when needed to discuss any minor issues but it really was pain free. Shanie even made calls to sort utilities etc for me.
