KWM Property is a privately owned decorating company, serving Bromley, Beckenham, Croydon and surrounding areas. The business was founded by William Morris in 2006 but was taken over by Interior Design duo Shanie & Tony Sinclair in 2022.
The business now consists of several small teams of expert interior & exterior decorators (who have a combined experience of over 100 years), plasterers, roofers & renderers allowing us to offer flexibility and reduced completion times.
Shanie & Tony have a decade of experience in the building industry behind them and their vision for the business alongside their sister company ‘His & Hers Renovations & Interiors’ has always been 100% customer satisfaction. The company’s simple vision has resulted in steady growth, based largely on customer recommendations and returning clients
