KWM Property provided a competitive quote for the work, which took around 6 days to complete and the quality of finish beyond expectation. An excellent company to deal with. All those I interacted with (Tony, Shanie, Kellie and Admin) were polite and communication was very good. In particular Charlie and David were professional, on-time, respectful, took pride in their work and ensured they tidied up at the end of each day. Due to circumstances (not related to KWM Property) the exterior decorating started much later than planned, however, Tony was very understanding and was still willing to do the work. His calming nature put me at ease, a very good project manager. I am very happy with the exterior decorating, the house looks very nice. I would definitely consider using this company again for future projects.

My house was not an easy job to do, and KWM were liaising with myself, my letting agent, and my neighbours throughout the work which added additional work for them, but all was done professionally and I was kept updated throughout the whole works. I employed KWM for an external painting job to my house (front and rear). They responded quickly to my initial enquiry, arranged a site visit and provided a prompt and reasonable quote. They kept me informed about my prospective starting date, particularly when bad weather caused a couple of days' slippage in their programme. When the project started, their operatives were punctual, hard-working and tidy, and completed the work to a high standard. In addition, the project manager visited daily to check on progress, which I appreciated. I found all of the staff I dealt with - Shanie and Tony - friendly, accessible and willing to deal with queries honestly and openly. I'm very pleased with the work KWM have done in all respects.

The KWM team have been a dream to work with. From the initial interactions and quote all the way through the process. Charlie came in and spent a week with us painting three bedrooms, all our upstairs doors and freshening up all the skirting. The work is excellent and to a very high standard but more than that, the team were so lovely to work with. We had a very sick relative we had to care for during the work and the team went out of their way to look after us and make everything as easy as possible. Highly recommended.

The job was not insignificant, covering every room, landing and two staircases plus the porch, two front doors and the outside of the building. I believe that they found the work "challenging", mostly due to the lack of space and having to navigate around my belongings, but they triumphed. Many thanks to Tony (a godsend) and Shanie (project managers and invaluable) plus David, Damian, Carl and Pete who are all stars. The cost was fair and the result will enable me to sell and move on. Tony and the team were great to work with from the start. From initial quote through to starting the work, communication was excellent and professional. Work was to repair some cracks and paint a front room - Charlie was the person who did the work and he was great throughout. Really appreciated the attention to detail on the prep work, and particularly impressed by his care and tidiness. He was meticulous at laying down protection, taping and using the vacuum. The room was spotless (literally, not a drop of paint to deal with) after the job was complete. Overall, a professional job from a nice bunch to work with - would recommend & if other jobs come up for me they'll be top of my list.

Efficient, polite, responsive and offered a fair price. Very pleased we selected KWM. Communicated with us in a timely, polite and understanding way. We also had the impression that messaging between different members of KWM was very good. We dealt with more than one person in KWM, but messages seemed to be passed on between different team members efficiently. I would recommend this company.

From start to end, they were fantastic. The work has been done to a fab standard, the guys working on the house were amazing and we could not be happier with everything. Left everything clean and tidy and worked very hard. We will be using them in the future for more work for sure.

KWM Property quoted for painting the exterior of our property in Beckenham. The quote was very reasonable, and this was backed up with a first-class job. It was good quality and done within the time frame agreed. They were very professional to deal with and on the ball at all times. He even organised and oversaw the scaffolding and liaised with the neighbours. Any other minor works that arose were efficiently dealt with. I have no hesitation in recommending KWM Property.
