Property: The Waldrons Refurbishment Project

Project: This property was in need of modernisation throughout. We reconfigured the internal layout to turn the property into a two-bedroom apartment adding both rental value and raising the property value.

As well as adding a second bedroom we also opened up the entrance hall creating a more spacious feel therefore allowing us room to build a small utility and cloakroom. As the property was intended for rental we kept the interior decor bright and neutral and opted for a modern higher spec feel when it came to the kitchen and bathroom design.
