Property: Maple Court Refurbishment Project

Project: This property was in need of modernisation throughout. We reconfigured the internal layout to turn the property into a two-bedroom apartment adding both rental value and raising the property value.

As well as adding a second bedroom we also opened up the entrance hall creating a more spacious feel therefore allowing us room to build a small utility and cloakroom. As the property was intended for rental we kept the interior decor bright and light opting for a Scandi style kitchen in a unique pink colour choice and we paired this with light wood flooring. When it comes to rental renovations we always opt for a modern higher spec feel particularly on the kitchen and bathroom design as it always ensures the property rents for maximum rent and will always be a sought after property to perspective tenants.
