Property: Waldorf Close Refurbishment Project

Project: The Waldorf project is a 4 bedroom detached family home located in a leafy quiet cul-de-sac in South Croydon, Greater London.

His & Hers Renovations & Interiors were hired by a lovely young family who took on this huge renovation project with three children under 6 years old, a dog and two full time jobs! It didn’t take long for them to realise they had taken on a little too much and they urgently needed professional help, so that is when they called in His & Hers. This property was in need of modernisation throughout, it was previously owned by a DIY enthusiast who cut corners and didn’t carry out the upgrades professionally nor too building control standards.

We carried out structural work to replace the existing poorly installed steels, as well as a full electrical rewire and plumbing throughout. We reconfigured the downstairs to create a free-flowing space, with a huge open-plan kitchen and dining room and a three-meter island with a separate utility room, perfect for a growing family.
