Property: Temple Road Refurbishment Project

Project: This two bedroom property was in need of modernisation throughout, we completed a full exterior refurbishment to improve curb appeal, we went for a classic contemporary interior adding both rental value and raising the property value.

As the property was intended for rental we kept the interior decor bright and light opting for a sage green traditional style shaker kitchen and we paired this with light wood flooring and American bronze handles. When it comes to rental renovations we always opt for a higher spec feel particularly on the kitchen and bathroom design as it always ensures the property rents for maximum rent and will always be a sought after property to perspective tenants. As expected the property rented out very quickly to a lovely professional couple and our home owner was very impressed to hear the latest market valuation and we doubled his previous rental income.
